How long does production take?

7–14 business days for most orders; 3–6 weeks for bulk orders.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes — rush options available on select items (fees may apply).

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Custom items are final sale unless we made a mistake.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

What counts as a bulk order?

Can you handle very large orders (500+)?

Yes! We’ll provide a custom timeline and quote.

Do you offer nonprofit or church discounts?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Send us photos within 7 days — we’ll replace it at no cost if it was our error.

What printing methods do you use?

Depending on the product, we use DTG, screen printing, embroidery, or sublimation.
