Bulk Order Policy
For orders of 101+ items, Kre8tiveCo offers dedicated bulk services for:
• Weddings & Family Reunions
• Churches, Schools & Nonprofits
• Sports Teams & Clubs
• Businesses & Corporate Events

• Quote & Invoice – A quote and invoice must be approved before production begins.
• Production Timeline – Bulk orders typically take 3–6 weeks depending on order size and product mix.
• Shipping – Shipping is included in the invoice for bulk orders.
• Payment – Full payment must be received before production begins.
• Cancellations – Bulk orders may be canceled within 24 hours after the finalized agreement and before design work begins.
• Once design or production has started, a non-refundable cancellation fee will apply.
• Refunds/Returns – Custom items are non-refundable unless Kre8tiveCo is at fault (e.g., incorrect design, defective products).
• Samples – Sample orders are available upon request before placing a large order.

We understand that seeing and feeling a product before placing a large order can give you confidence. That’s why Kre8tiveCo offers samples!
• How it works: Samples are available at standard product pricing plus shipping.
• Credit Toward Bulk Orders: If you decide to place a bulk order after reviewing your sample, the cost of the sample will be credited toward your final invoice.
• Limitations: We typically limit samples to 1–2 pieces per design or style to ensure availability for all customers.
